The Handi Quilter Avante 18” longarm is probably the best-ever selling longarm machine in the UK. Whilst now discontinued, the Avante remains extremely desirable - they are robust, high quality machines that run smoothly and efficiently on the Studio frame that is part of the package.
All Handi Quilter machines are of semi-industrial quality and built for many years of use. This is a very desirable longarm quilting setup at a very attractive price.
The owner of this machine is looking to downsize, so needs to find a new home for her setup, which also includes the fully computerised Pro-Stitcher Premium hardware and software. The Avante went through a number of improvements in its lifetime and this is the latest and final ‘Plus Plus’ model that has a faster motor and other improvements over previous models. It would suit either an enthusiast hobby quilter or someone looking to run a business quilting for others.
With the 10 foot frame, quilt tops up to 102” wide (8 feet 6 inches) can be quilted. UK support is provided for both the machine and computer system and various training options are available. The new owner will be invited to a free Foundation Course (normally priced at £160) to help make the most of your new machine (conditions apply).
